GenAI Professional Learning for Schools and Universities

I support education providers with GenAI in K-12 and tertiary through professional development and advisory services. Since 2022, I have worked with hundreds of organisations and thousands of educators across the world.

These are some of my most popular online professional learning sessions:

GenAI in Education

GenAI in Education is a constantly updated session for all staff. This session provides a comprehensive overview of how these technologies work and which apps educators and students are using. We also explore the ethical concerns of AI in education including bias, copyright, and the risk of deepfakes.

GenAI in Education makes a perfect keynote to kick start a staff PD day on AI, and works well as a standalone session of 60-90 minutes.

Rethinking Assessment

Rethinking Assessment covers five key areas of assessment design, including validity, trust, and the reality of GenAI technologies. This session can be delivered as a keynote or a more interactive workshop with groups of staff from 10-200.

Rethinking Assessment can be tailored for K-12, higher education, and vocational education providers, and can be adjusted to include examples of your institution’s assessments.

The Practical AI Process

The Practical AI Process is a new hands-on professional learning session adapted from my popular online course. It covers a methodical and effective process for using GenAI technologies, and is designed for educators of all levels.

The Practical AI Process can also be adapted for specific platforms, for example if your organisation uses Copilot, Gemini, or any other AI platform. It can be run as a beginner, intermediate, or advanced PD.

Face-to-face professional learning
Including half and full day engagements
